Our “ingredients first” philosophy begins at the local level. We have partnered with local farmers
and fishermen to ensure that we serve the freshest local ingredients available.

Our hand cut steaks are chosen from the top 2% of all beef in America and selected for its rich even marbling. Our primal cuts are USDA Prime beef, grain fed and humanely raised. Further enhanced through in-house aging for 21 days, intensifying the steak’s natural flavor and tenderness
